Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 October 2026
These Terms govern your use of the DigitOS website and products, including Next Lead. By using them you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an agency, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. These Terms are provided by Digit OS, the operator of DigitOS.
1. The service
Next Lead is a multi-tenant CRM for study-abroad agencies. Accounts are provisioned by us — there is no self-service signup — after an agency gets in touch. A trial, where offered, is granted by us and may be time-limited.
2. Accounts and users
Your agency is responsible for its account, its users and their roles, and for keeping credentials secure. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use. Do not share logins between people.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service unlawfully or to store unlawful content;
- attempt to access another agency’s data, or probe or bypass security;
- reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the platform; or
- place an unreasonable load on the service or interfere with its operation.
4. Your data and responsibilities
Your agency owns the data it stores and is responsible for it, including student personal information and documents. You must have the lawful basis and any consent needed from the individuals whose data you store, and use that data only for legitimate agency purposes. We handle it as a processor, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Fees and billing
Fees are stated per agency in BDT (৳) and billed in advance for each monthly or yearly billing cycle, together with any add-ons the agency holds (extra staff seats, storage and custom-role slots). Invoices are due within 15 days of issue; prices exclude any taxes that apply by law. If an invoice stays unpaid past its due date and a short grace period, access is paused until it is paid, and your data is kept. You may pay ahead: an advance payment is held as credit on your account, settles your future invoices automatically, stays on the account if you cancel, and any unused credit is refunded on request. Except for unused advance credit, or where the law requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the platform, software, and brand. You keep ownership of your data. We may use aggregated, de-identified data to operate and improve the service.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance and will try to limit any disruption.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or a risk to the service or to others. On termination you may export your data within 30 days, after which we may delete it.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your data, or from your use of the service in breach of these Terms.
12. Changes
We may change the service and these Terms. For material changes we will update the date above and take reasonable steps to notify you; continued use means you accept the change.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chattogram, Bangladesh. We will first try in good faith to settle any dispute by talking to you.
