Data deletion instructions

Email digitosbd@gmail.com from the address on your account and say you want your data deleted. We will:

• confirm your identity and your request;
• delete your personal data, including any data received from Facebook or Instagram, within 30 days;
• tell you by email when it is done.

We may keep limited records where the law requires it (for example tax and payment records).

• Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations.
• Find the app, click Remove, and confirm.

Once removed, we stop receiving data from your Pages. An agency administrator can also click Disconnect on the Integrations page in Next Lead.

The records an agency keeps about its own leads and students are controlled by that agency. If your request is about those records, contact the agency directly; if you write to us, we will pass your request to it.
